Ziegler's Ace Hardware — Local services in Hanover Township

I came to Ace, specifically because I needed advice on how to fix the legs on my old dining table, which had all fallen off, causing the table to collapse last night. They had been wobbly for a long time, due to the bolt threads no longer tightly grabbing onto the wood. The associate at the paint counter offered his help immediately, as I walked in, and worked with another associate to help me find two inexpensive products for my problem in a very short time. If I could I would give it no stars. Old cashier lady with tattoos on her arm was really rude. She told me it was rude for me to be on the phone when your at the cashier. Which I got off the phone before she catch me out. I reached to grab the receipt from her hand and she tossed it on the counter. So I just for my money back cuz she was rude and she did the same thing after the return she tossed the receipt on the counter. And this isn't the first time she was rude to me. First time I've been to this Ace Hardware, really clean and very nice. Been to a few that didn't look this updated. Nice to see they have updated some of the stores. Been to a few others that have been short staffed. This is the first ace I've been in with the most employees I've ever seen at an Ace. Isles are clean, they are following all the covid guidelines. The staff was very helpful had to use two or three people to find different items each one of them walked me right to the item. I would definitely come back to this...
