Just left this store after patiently waiting for an hour for assistance. When we arrived, the sales associate, Diane was already assisting a customer. We happily said no problem and that we knew what we want as we’ve already been in and we’re reay to purchase 2 sofas and 2 chairs and possibly some tables. We were happy to wait our turn. We walked the store with our 7mo old while she finished with her current customer. 25-30 minutes later it was our turn. We asked one question about fabric. She took us over to the fabric and left us to help another customer. Another 25 min gone by that we waited for her to finish with the other customer that came in after us while we entertained our 7mo old. Finally our turn again and she started to come back to us and instead, decided to help ANOTHER customer that came in after us. I was/am so angry that we left the store because we couldn’t wait any longer as our 7mo old had enough. We waited patiently for our turn only to get skipped twice. A complete hour wasted and unfortunately for Boston Interiors they just missed out on a decent sale of 4+ pieces...
Read moreI had a horrible experience here. I went there to look for a dining table set and firstly no one came to help me. I guess I don’t look like a customer that would buy furniture there according to my appearance. I was judged severely by how I was dressed. I was in the store for 20min and during this time I was ignored the whole time, and in the last few minutes I walked by one of the employees there and she made a face at the other employee when I passed by like I wouldn’t see, but I did. I called her out on it, then I quickly left the store after. I don’t like making a seen but it was really upsetting. If you want to go to a Boston Interiors, go to the one at Dedham and or Stoughton they are nicer and don’t judge you by what you are wearing or your skin color. Read moreSaw a sofa I loved in an advertisement and went to the Hanover MA store to see it in person, sit on it, etc. Sarah Miers showed me the sofa and similar ones as well. She was so knowledgeable and informative. Answered all my questions. A couple of days later I called with a few more questions and ended up ordering the sofa and taking advantage of a sale and free delivery. As it turned out delivery was available that Saturday. Delivery called me the day before saying it could be 7-10am, perfect for me. They showed up right at 7, which was great, and there were two gentlemen that brought it into my living room and placed it exactly where I wanted it. Delivery was flawless. I love the sofa, it looks great!.
