My family use to order from here all the time until today we ordered pizza and found a shard of something in our pizza. We called to let them know about it thinking it might be glass or some sort of broken plastic possibly.

We were told they thought we were lying to get free food. (we told them we didn’t want anything just wanted them to be aware).

In response to your response… Just because a local business is ordering from you dosent mean they are ordering to a jobsite. Your employee was incredibly rude when I called to say I don’t want anything out of this but want to let you know and her response is I “highly doubt that”. My wife called back because concerned because she is pregnant and you were also incredibly rude. Litteraly said “are you calling me concerned that your baby is going to die” Seriously?!? It’s like you have no knowledge of food production!!! Have you ever heard of contamination on mass production levels even if you think it’s not from you kitchen could it be from the canned tomatoes you use for sauce or the pre shredded cheese you use on your pizza?!? If you were kind during this interaction we would have kept buying food from you even with your inconsistent food! My family and I have been a customer for over 15 years. The pizza is great most of the time. Sometimes it's an "A" sometimes a "B" It used to be an "A" every time. It is however better than Papa Ginos or other pizza places in the area. My biggest gripe is the price. $12 for a large cheese is a little steep. These guys really lost their way. I showed up at noon for a slice of pizza. Nothing was ready when the pizza came out.
