Bay State Creamery — Restaurant in Hanover

This review is after my second trip and let me say, did not disappoint! The first time my family and I went there, I was able to chat with Emily (the owner) a little bit, and she could not have been kinder! Her daughter was there and she was the sweetest, grabbing doors for customers, greeting everyone, and being the absolute best to my daughter.

Went today on an impulse. There were a bunch of customers and kids from a school and only the owner behind the counter. She got everyone helped and served in a quick and efficient fashion, when it was my turn, she remembered my family and I instantly! We were able to have quick conversations in between customers and she is such a nice genuine person.

Now for the ice cream, my husband got a raspberry lime Ricky float and loved it so much, he had to order a second. Ice cream tastes fresh, and love that the frappes come with whipped cream!

Bay State Creamery is a true gem! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the most incredible aroma of fresh waffle cones and a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always super friendly and kind!

Now, let's talk about the ice cream – it's out of this world! They have an amazing selection of flavors done perfectly, alongside creative and unique offerings that always impress. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients because the texture is always incredibly creamy and the flavors are so rich and true. My personal favorite is moose tracks, but honestly, you can't go wrong with anything you choose. The portions are generous too!

Baystate Creamery hosted my son’s 7th birthday party. It was an ice cream social where kids could add their own toppings on over 5 ice cream flavors. Can you say NYUMMY!!!!!

It also was a paint party where the host ( Emily) guided the kiddos through a pumpkin painting activity. The kids LOVED every single minute. To burn off all the sugar, the kiddos were able to run wild on the funky colorful stepping blocks outside. The space is the cutest and we created so many memories that day.

All the parents kept complimenting the idea and how awesome the team at Baystate Creamery was. They helped me decorate, they helped with the activities and super super friendly extension of our party vibes.
