We had preordered a four rib prime rib for Christmas dinner and the weight was a little more than we expected. We asked for it to be rewrapped and a little lighter, in addition to removing and tying back the bones.
The meat worker (dressed as Santa's elf) was delighted to help us with that request. He took care of that issue in no time at all. The line for check out seemed long but they had four registers going at once, so me and my grandmother did not wait long for service.
The cashier (operating the popup register near the exit) was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful to us. She was fairly new (5 weeks in) but handled our order with the greatest of ease, smiling throughout. We did get an item that had to be scanned through the Seafood section of the store, but the gentleman over in that section was just as helpful as her.
The quality of the food at this establishment is UNMATCHED. The quality of the meat is EVEN BETTER than Whole Foods. Also, the Lobster Bisque they have for take home is the best you'll ever have! (I'd guarantee that statement if I had a claim to do so)
The only thing that's "bad" about this establishment is the parking. It is ALWAYS busy with cars flying in and out. I recommend parking across the street and walking over to avoid the frustration of finding a decent...

After my posting my friends experience trying to order the complete meal package that was promised by the manager to us I received a call from Mike in the Weymouth location. He took the time to not only listen to my story, but also to help. Explaining that complete dinners are usually for Thanksgiving as that's when people need them most. He also said this complete turkey dinner package can be done as requested if we still needed it. Thank you Mike for saving the day! Much appreciated. The soup was so bad I threw it away. No chicken, no rice just potato, ( I think it was) corn and carrots. The broth was greyish and looked like dish water. I tasted it and it tasted like water. No flavor. Awful. Cooked the turkey pie last night and it was nothing like the one I got months ago. The turkey was chopped up into tiny pieces, the gravy was awful and very salty. Tasted worst than jar gravy. The stuffing and mashed potatoes were the whole pie and they were not good. Last week got subs to bring to a friends house. The italians were good but the chicken parm was tasteless. The cheese was provolone and it was on the bottom of the chicken and not melted. The sauce had no flavor. Tasteless. Threw that away too.
