I and my daughter were there for a passport appoinment 3 days ago. Nobody was waiting in line, but the staff was in a hurry. I handed BOTH applications to the staff. She didn't even check it over and said she got my daughter's application only. I searched everywhere in my bag and pockets for a minute and of course she set my application aside. It was right in front of her. Well, she's human. She can make mistakes. She apologized. However, when I asked, "I just wanted to make sure that I get my citizenship certificate back?", She snapped at me, "THAT'S WHAT I JUST SAID!". I wanted to make sure because she said I will get my document back, but never mentioned about my citizenship certificate. That was only question I asked. She could have just said "yes" instead of yalling at me. It took less than 10 mins. It was quick, but...

Ugh.... the staff are intolerable! They are so rude and disrespectful. It’s like they get their kicks out of watching people be frustrated . They offer no help as to what will be needed for anything your trying to accomplish. We are trying to get passports renewed for our kids and it’s a taxing process on its own, but it’s even worse when you have people who know what’s necessary to get the job done but don’t offer any help whatsoever and than mock you when you ask questions to better understand what steps you need to take next. Been there three times and still haven’t gotten the renewal! Just tell me everything I need to know the first time! The hours for passports are a joke! Very dissatisfied with the poor...
