I bought a washer and dryer set from them and was told I could call them if anything was wrong with it and they would come out and fix it, no charge. I called them back a month later when my washer stopped spinning the clothes and was told they would come look at it for $90. I told them how they told me it would be free of charge and he goes yeah but it has to be within your 30 day warranty. I angrily hang up because he didn’t inform me of this but reluctantly a few weeks later when I make the money for them to repair it he then tells me that they don’t do that.
