So Natural Catering — Restaurant in Harker Heights

So I'm not vegan or vegetarian, but ended up stopping in for dinner with a vegetarian friend after searching for a vegetarian-friendly restaurant that we both could enjoy somewhere in the Killeen area. I had some delicious baked chicken with gluten-free mac and cheese that still makes my mouth water thinking about it. My friend had a veggie burger that she ranted about as well (had a bite - it was pretty great!). And both of us had a piece of vegan double chocolate cheesecake that was ridiculously good.

I will definitely be returning to this local, family-owned and operated gem in central Texas. They have a very inclusive menu for vegans, paleo, gluten-free, and even grass-fed beef eaters! Last week, Restaurant Impossible came out to renovate their look and menu, and they knocked it out of the park! The atmosphere is so fresh and the foot is delicious. I had the hummus and veggies, black bean burger with the cashew-dressing salad, and a slice of VEGAN pecan pie to go!

Found this place online and to try it out because my wife is a vegan and we have just recently moved into the area. The menu offers a variety of food and juices for everyone. The vegan options are plentiful and very flavorful. The veggie burger is awesome and the deserts are very tasty as well. Many juices and smoothies are offered so we will definitely be going back often.
