They did a diagnostic test on my Buick Enclave cxl...they assured me it was the radio, I have diagnostic recite to prove it. I bought a brand new expensive radio and there diagnostics was wrong and now they want me to buy an amplifier from them I spent over 6 hundred dollars on the kit, radio and instalation and now they want me too buy the amplifier. Total scam don't believe Dtronics!!! Do not believe in what they tell you they are there to scam you please think very hard about Dtronics if you don't know the staff walk away. They are there to help their friends and screw the customer!!! It's now Thursday April 13th and still no answer from them. Lost all my navigation and satellite radio car lost all its features over there diagnostics test they so much stand behind i lost my car features which was not cheap. People please think hard about Dtronics if you value your car. Especially when you pay cash! 5/5/17 worst day got a radio and amplifier from a junkyard and now my vehicle is all messed up, all over a diagnostic test done on 4/07/17. It is now 5/21/17 I will call Andres to see what excuse he has now. Keep you informed for now please be careful...

My experience with D-Tronics was perfect. I called initially and spoke with Beto, he guided me greatly with quotes, and knowledge on the services I needed. A few days later I dropped off my vehicle with Louie and the show began! Louie explained everything to me, with prices and best of all he guided me step by step, which made my experience so much easier. Jonathan was also great great help and provided much needed tips for my new alarm/dashcam/tint.

Best of all the team was very confident in their knowledge of the services, they approached every question with and answer and example, I truly appreciated Louies I. depth explanation of all my questions. This was my first time purchasing and alarm for my vehicle and it was excellent.

So I already loved my car so much. She is Black on Black, but my love was missing two things. First I’ll touch on her looks. She needed the extra touch on the windows that factory stock does not give. Darkening the windows make her look very sharp. Now let’s touch on something more than looks. Let’s talk about the fact even with a sun visor my hands would be burning on the steering wheel and it would be a broiler when getting into my car. This tint not only looks amazing it has the function of keeping out 50% UVF rays. It is legal so I don’t have to concern myself with getting pulled over and it has a lifetime warranty against discoloration and bubbling. The employees were very knowledgeable on the products and professional. The pricing will vary based upon the quality of tint you receive but I find the type I had installed to be very reasonable.
