I have to say today I was so disappointed with our dine in visit. 1st I asked a waitress if she could clean a booth we could sit in and she rolled her eyes and just went to grab a rag to clean it. We were a family of 5 and the only thing they had open was the bar area so we couldn't sit on the high top tables because of the baby. 2nd we ordered the cheese and chips. Cheese was cold like it had been sitting there. Fries tasted like they were just redipped in the oil because they had that oil taste to them. 3rd......we went as a family expecting to all eat at the same time but we didn't. I got my order of 6 wings 1st ....13 mins later my husband got his burger and I had already finished my wings and sat there for another 10mins by the time the kids food came.... which we had to take to go because clearly we were upset . My husband was so upset he didn't even eat he just sent the burger back. No manager ever came to check what the issue was even when we addressed it with the gentleman that brought the burger.....he said sometimes everything comes out at different times and okay that's understandable BUT we all had wings, except for the burger and the tables to the side of us all got their food at the same time....and they all had wings as well. Anddddd we were there before they even opened up that area and sat down. The waitress just seemed to have attitude....u can tell by her whole demeanor from the start. It will be a while before we even go back there. Mind u it wasn't even busy....no reason why any of the food should...

The review is not on their food, but the actions of this place. My wife and I are in south padre island visiting and relaxing. Love football, Sunday afternoon, wanted to see LA Chargers play Steelers. Decided on Buffalo Wild Wings (Harlingen, TX). Arrived early before the start of the game, with only a FEW customers. I asked the barkeep if possable to have the TV that we were facing be place on the Chargers and Steelers game, she said yes. Great much appreciated! My wife and I ordered drinks as we await the start of the game. Here's my issue. The game started, now they were unable to show the game. After talking the the barkeeper, she said "we are having issues connecting to Spectrum". Being patience we started to watch the game on my wife cell phone until they reticifed it. We ended up leaving at half time, with no luck watching and enjoying it there. The entire establishment with over 20+ television sets, that promotes football on it's commercials were unable to show the game. Here that funny part, as you look at my pictures they have Direct TV. My gut tells me I have been discriminated because of the sports team I am supporting. So out of towners, be aware of this Buffalo Wild Wings location in Harlingen, TX. Do not wear your team colors or else they my spit on your food before bring it to your table if your not one of them. Joke is on me this...
Read moreDecided to stop by Sat night with my family to enjoy a good meal, but to our surprise, this wasn't the case. We were excited to see the parking lot with a few vehicles, so we thought we were going to have a great meal and good service. Unfortunately, not the case this time. We noticed it was cold in the restaurant which we didn't mind. Went back to our vehicle for a sweater. We sat ourselves and chose the table section between the bar area and the booths. My husband wiped my chair because it was wet, and I didn't think anything of it. We sat down. Within a couple of minutes, before a waiter could attend to us, we were getting dripped on by water. So we just moved tables, no big deal. At the new table, we looked up, and that's when we saw all the gross black mold on the ac duct system. Ordered, received our food, and it was a bit cold but ate anyway. My guess is the ac is too low, which is why our food wasn't hot when it arrived at the table. Our waiter was lost most of the time and waived him down when we needed refills. Not the most attentive experience even though it was not busy. Someone should really look into getting that mold removed. We rarely call attention to any bad experience we have because in this case nothing could be done to fix any of the issues. The temperature wasn't going to be addressed which caused cold food, the roaming waiter wasn't going to be more attentive, the mold wasn't going to be addressed so we just...
