PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE! I missed the old NORTEÑOS! This place is HORRIBLE! They take very long. And then when they serve you, they serve burn food! They sever my toddler BURNT CHICKEN NUGGTES AND BURNT FRIES! Let’s start with the manger. She’s such a horrible manger. She’s never there. I call to get a refund THAT SAME NIGHT!! . 3-4 days later she gets back to me. Such a nasty horrible woman. She said there isn’t anything she can do BUT give me a $10 GIFT CARD! My husbands food was VERY RAW! Gross. Why would I want a gift card to such a horrible place? So I can get the same raw cold food? I even heard horror stories from this place from friends. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. This place should of stayed shut down. We miss the old NORTEÑOS!! When we went, it was VERY SLOW! Hardly any people. Like I said before. The food was horrible! I don’t want a full refund. Just the stuff I DIDNT LIKE! Please don’t come here. Unless you’re doing that challenge going viral on YouTube “worst food ever” then come here, if you want to waste money and taste nasty food. Also, when I complained about the food being raw. Beware! On April 28 we visited this restuarant to celebrate my mom's birthday. We called in advanced to notify them of the big party of 20 to accommodate us accordingly. We got seated and the drink order was taken but noticed it took a while to get when the restaurant wasn't even busy. It came to place our orders n still no drinks. We mentioned it again til we got them. The arrival of food came late as well. We waited a long time but we understood because the size of party. Well the food when we received it was like it had been reheated. We ordered the mar y Tierra plate , fajitas, fish soup, cabrito and other items off the menu and automatically knew something was wrong when fajitas were not sizzling on its grill. We all found something wrong with our orders sending them back. Quality of food was so poor that half of my family got ill with nauseated stomachs, throwing up, and Diarrhea. We were very upset. At the end even when we told them on how to split the tickets they still got it wrong. The quality of your food needs to be at a much greater standard and your customer service needs an upgrade to meet customers expectations. As for my family and myself we will not return. I just hope others don't experience...

So we were visiting family in the area and decided to stop at this restaurant. Upon walking in and sitting it took a while for us to get service. Are ordering the drinks the tea was the instant tea that is made from powder. The food came out and the BBQ plate was not a pleasant site. The chicken was old the ribs were like if they were reheated, and old. The brisket was full of fat. They never brought the bead for the plate. The Mexican plate was cold. The refried beans were so dry and old. The tortillas that should have come with the plates didn’t come with the orders. After about 40 minutes after receiving the food the waitress can to see if we were okay. Then she asks would you like the bread and tortillas. We were done as for we were not pleased with the food. The food stayed there. Then she just walks away. Never did she call a manager as for we weren’t not happy with the food. That is what should have been done for customer service. When going to the cashier we notified him of the service and the situation. What did he come and say we are taking off 10%. Really!!! Never again the service and management is horrible.
