This Little Ceasar's Pizza was Rocking on Friday, at 5:00pm. The drive thru line extended out the street, now, THAT'S a GOOD sign that their Pizza is in demand, & HOT fresh baked. I parked & went in. Packed inside too, however the workers are a superb team. Service is bar none! Fast, friendly, courteous, & assuring that my order would be out, IN 15 minutes!!!! Before me was an order for 6 pizzas. What a "well oiled machine" WOW!!! These young people are Motivated by their success, baking, talking, guiding each other, & getting ALL those Pizzas prepared from scratch, and like an assembly line, not one minute waisted. I had my order, fast-fast, delicious, 3 ingredients exact, with cheese hot, oozing out, very well prepared & handed to me as if I was the most important customer there. I know good service and good food, and these guys & ladies are amazing. I gave a nice tip to the worker who helped me, because even if its a "to go" drive out place, this business is booming due to the excellent team work that makes it so!!! Try this place on a Friday night, and watch, then enjoy the most DELICIOUSLY prepared piping hot, cheesy, yummy Pizza , made exactly to your liking. By the way, I'm picky and rarely eat drive thru pizza.......well.....this place and pizza have definitely changed my mind. I love this, and savored this. I'm in!!! Read moreHello! I placed an order for a store on Harrison! (Harlingen Texas) order number 825. I’ve had so many issues with this specific store. Very old pizza was given to me. I’m talking dried out! I have placed an order and called 10 times with no answer before. Most recently(today) January 24th at 314 pm, I placed an order. I called multiple times until I reached someone to cancel. The employee told me she could not refund me or cance my order? That I had to do it online. Which was not available to me or I would have done that. She told me to go pick it up. Again I told her I needed it canceled. She continued and I asked T speak to a manager. She told me she was the manager and I quote “I already told you to come pick it up”. We went back and forth, I am not picking it up. I need it canceled and refunded. While I was asking questions on how else to get that processed, she hung up on me. I was still talking. I called back and she hung up on me another 2 times! Finally I got an answer and she would not provide her name to me at all. She was very rude. I told her I had all day to find out her name. When she finally provided it, she yelled it at me. Apparently her name is Felicia. Again she hung up on me. I need something done about this ASAP. Read moreI recently had an extremely frustrating experience at Little Caesar’s on Harrison Ave. After placing a large order at the drive-thru, I was instructed to park out front and wait for my order to be brought out in less than 10 minutes. However, I ended up waiting for nearly 45 minutes, which is unacceptable for a fast-food establishment. When I finally decided to check inside, I discovered that my order had been sitting in the warming oven for almost 30 minutes, completely overlooked by the staff.
To add to the frustration, my chicken wings hadn’t even been prepared yet. The indifference shown by the staff was astounding. There was no apology for the delay, and they seemed completely unbothered by their mistake. When I suggested a small compensation for the inconvenience, like upgrading my 20oz soda to a 1 liter, the staff flatly refused, showing a lack of consideration for customer satisfaction.
This experience was not only a waste of my time but also a clear example of poor customer service. The staff’s unapologetic and rude attitude was very disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve service quality and staff training.
