I wanted to pick up a new hobby and found this gym through FB. I was excited about the free boxing class and the 4 week program being promoted. The coach seems kind and knowledgeable. I was told I only needed gloves and a jump rope. It doesnât feel beginner friendly. I was totally unprepared for Fridayâs sparring. I did mention I was uncomfortable a few times but was still expected to participate so I continued. I didnât have wraps or a mouthpiece, luckily I was given head gear. I got hit a couple good times that my head gear rotated and understand itâs a combat sport but it was my second class. Due to improper technique or the constant hitting I have now sprained my wrist and am unable to continue my 4 week program.    Read moreThis place is amazing. I take my 5 year old daughter here and she just loves it. She found a good sport for her free time after school. A sport that has not only taught her the art of jiu-jitsu (protection and respect) but also has taught her how to use those skills appropriately. It's been amazing for her physically mentally and emotionally. THE STAFF/COACHES are awesome and caring. I Highly recommend this place for a good start & a good learning experience. The owners are very honest and willing to work with you. If you donât feel comfortable with something they will respect your wishes.
