Joe Erevia, at ICON, came highly recommended by another colleague so I asked him to setup a VPN to integrate my offices in McAllen and Harlingen. My previous setup was inadequate marred by variable and slow internet speeds and random unexplained connection failures. At times I resorted to paper charts rather than using my EMR. He promptly diagnosed a faulty hardware configuration and suboptimal Ethernet hardware. His well-planned execution led to a smooth transition with minimal clinic downtime. Now, the difference is like night and day - my staff in McAllen is excited at no longer having to call the Harlingen office for assistance logging in. Joe also established a VOIP system tailored to my specialty that has become necessary for my growing office.
