My experience Charging port was intermittent so decided to see if they could swap it. They did for $140. Got home and phone felt like it was going to catch on fire. Returned and they swapped the port and recommended it change the battery since mine was at 80% health.

I did. Now I'm at almost $300.

I get the phone home and it will hardly make a call.

I return.

Now the digitizer (screen is bad) They recommend replacing. I pay another $160 and ask about using an apple product to which they tell me it will not have a warranty.

I get home.

Phone still does not work correctly. I try and go to the apple store. Apple will not touch the phone since these "experts" already have.

Now I'm stuck. I return to the store. They replace the screen again.

I leave and don't make it a mile with out the phone freezing and unusable.

It was a holiday weekend so they told me come back Monday.

Keep in mind each time you stop in its over an hour repair.

I ended up putting the phone screen down on a rock in the time I should have returned it since I don't have days to wait on fixing a phone I should have just traded in. -Totally my fault -so I paid again

Fast forward they replace the cracked screen with a new one. Phone appears to work fine. 5 days after the phone repair, in a drop proof case the phone falls from the couch onto a wood floor and the screen breaks. Not visibly, but internally. (This is a phone I have had for almost 5 years and zero issues with falls, breaks etc outside of the initial charging port problem.)

It's obviously not their problem so wanted another $165 to fix it.

This is literally buyer be ware. Use certified apple locations (best buy) who will use quality oem products.

These folks are literally the worst I have ever done business with and I should have known when the original display magically broke while they did the initial repair.

Be warned. I'm basically $700 into a charging port replacement by "phone experts"

I came here to get my screen repaired. The phone was working fine otherwise before I came (I had been using it like that for about a week). However, after they repaired the screen, the screen started to freeze up or would switch to facetime up whenever I made a phone call longer than 10 minutes. It also freezes up randomly when I am texting or using the web browser, and needs to be restarted at least twice a day. I went all the way back there (about an hour drive for me!) to see if they could fix the problem, but couldn't demonstrate the issue for them while in the hot seat. I was told that if I couldn't reproduce the problem, they couldn't help me. This is all well and good, but they didn't even offer look at it to see if anything was hooked up incorrectly. I didn't have time to go all the way back over to Harlingen to get them to maybe possibly look at it, and have now moved away permanently because I was down there for work. Now, I'm stuck with a defective phone that I spent $80...

Took my phone and waited hours just for them to charge me 39.03 $ and only for them to open it and not tell me anything . The guy/ employee was nice and helped me look for another place but definitely disappointed because I at least wanted a reason why my phone wasn’t working . Took it to CPR cell phone repair and they got my phone working in less than 20 mins and quickly told me the problem . The employee at CPR cell phone repair was disappointed and shocked when I told him Smart phone medic still Charged me especially since they couldn’t give me a reason . I had high hopes for this place .
