Juan More Taco 2 — Restaurant in Harlingen

Extremely bad service not just for me but everyone in the restaurant. Our waitress forgot that she had already taken our order 20 min prior and that was after we waited for 10 minutes just to take our order.. the food took a long time to get out 10 min after we got our food we finally got our drinks.. Food order was all wrong I got tripas instead of fajita my buddies ask for a fajita taco and got some supper greasy chorizo and cheese taco.. they did not charge the taco and they charged me 50% of my plate . We were not the only one with problems the other table never got there food and they were there before we walked in .. Restaurant needs better management or completely new...

They don't have those bench seats like in the photo. I asked for guacamole & they brought me each ingredient separated on a plate....and it was $7.99...all that and I still had to mix it all up....what the heck. I expected a bowl of whipped up guacamole. Never have I had it served with each ingredient separate and with barely half of a small avocado. I had to ask our waiter & a different waiter & it took like 20 mins just to get what i didn't want.. The main dish was great thou, just couldn't finish because the service just put me out of the mood to eat & my food end getting cold, I was upset. Did not stay and eat place barely had anyone and we were served our drinks and our order was taken more than 50 minutes later no food another couple came in at least 20 minutes after us and they receive their meal first and ours was not out yet. Left without our food when we went to pay our drinks we were told by the owner your meal is ready all of a sudden it was prepared. Unfortunately we did not leave with it no asking if there was anything he could so at least just well your food takes longer although it was not different from other patrons.
