Poor customer service! The manager Bryanne, was the worst. She was not even friendly or empathetic. She needs better customer service training. The employee in training, Alexia was a great help. This was my first time here and definitely my last. I went in to exchange gifted items for my daughter. This was the most difficult thing I have ever done.
