if i could i would probably give 0 stars, i’m not one to write bad reviews, i usually just leave and never go back, but today it’s different.

i had came to vinyl haven before & it was great, i even go to harlingen bazaar & it’s great.

i walked in today & i saw multiple signs which advertised 16 oz cups for 7.99 or if u buy 6 or more they come out to 7.49, & lastly a sign that said a case of 25 was for 150. so i was on facetime showing the prices to my mom & we agreed to get a case of 25 , i go up the the counter and ask for a case and the lady proceeds to say they are out of stock, to my knowledge they had 26 cups, so i was like oh are you sure i see some there, i didn’t know they prepackaged cases it would’ve been nice for her to let me know, either way i thought i will still get the 25, and i’ll get them at 7.49 , and she told me i could grab them in a rude tone, i grab all 25 as well as some lids and 2 other cups, i pay and i leave, when i leave i look at my receipt and i get charged 27 cups at 7.99, i head back to the store, and so does my mom, my mom sends me a message let’s me know they said “we know how we packaged them so we will know if any are missing” i wouldn’t get 27, if i was gonna get a case of 25, (regardless they only had 26 in stock) and she also lets me know all the signs were removed about the cases and cups at 7.49 , she tells me they were rude to her as well. i’m not one to complain, but the way the customer service...

Had never been here before and will definitely NOT be returning!! There was bout 4 ladies in the store when I walked in and none offered to help or even bothered asking if I needed any help. I looked around and picked about 4 prints & 2 shirts (I needed 5 shirts). So I go and ask for a price total for one item , which the lady behind the counter seemed annoyed about me asking and said about 17$ with change and I asked if that was with taxes already? and proceeds to tell her partner with an attitude to give me an exact amount.? Which I didn’t even bother to wait for, with that attitude , NO thank you! I had already read the reviews but decided to give them a try, but unfortunately I do not recommend & will not be recommending to any of my family or friends! Wouldn’t want them to experience this kind of customer service! I went into the store today. They were super busy as they always around this time of year due to the holidays. While being there they were having issues with their devices to charge people. The ones that were In the store waiting to pay with me understood that something was wrong and everyone waited patiently while the ladies tried to get it running again. While they were doing that they had a lot of people asking them questions about merchandise, the ladies never lost their cool. When they could’ve easily gotten overwhelmed. They did a wonderful job on remaining calm. It’s the holidays and not everything goes how you want but you gotta be more patient and have a little compassion for everyone who’s working in retail, fast food, or anywhere in general. Things get hectic around the holidays. Next time just make the trip. You won’t regret it. Even if you don’t find what you are looking for; you won’t leave...
