I personally love shopping at TJ MAXX, when they opened up in Harlingen I was excited since it was in my city and I no longer had to travel. My wife loves it here as well! However, my experiences arenât always the greatest when I am ready to check out. Iâve had Janie, a coordinator as per her name tag, assist me and sheâs full of attitude. Sheâs rude and probably shouldnât be working in the front with her attitude based face! Iâve checked out with her more than once and she doesnât even attempt to converse with me until she is telling me my total and asking me if I want to apply for a credit card. First and foremost I will NOT apply with her. She needs a whole adjustment or maybe a new position in the back where she doesnât deal with customers with her poor poor attitude. Iâve had better experiences with other cashiers and another coordinator JR and Vanessa. I miss seeing Miss Vanessa in the front, wherever she is now, I hope she is doing great.    Read moreMy mother loves this store and shops there multiple times a week and never has had an issue until today.. my mother went in to a make a simple return and instead was greeted with anger and disgusting attitude from the manager Mayra V. She accused my mother of falsely returning and trying to steal the piece of jewelry sheâd already purchase and was there returning. After Mayra V was corrected by her fellow coworkers, she continued to treat my mother with horrible customer service and embarrassed her in front of everyone there.
