Taco Bell — Restaurant in Harlingen

Went @ 9 nobody would pick up the drive thru so we drove up thinking it might be broken. At the window we could see 2 girls at the computer right next to the window and about 3-4 workers in back. Not once did they bother to look our way. We got down and had to ask if we order or do we do it by computer. No responds just looks until finally someone decided they would take my order because my husband is like am not getting nothing because by the way things look they will probably do something to it. I DIDN'T EVEN EAT IT BECAUSE I COULDNT TRUST ANY OF THE WORKERS. I just went thru the whole process hoping things would turn out better. Like an apology for the rudeness. I understand we all got are days but it makes you not want to ever go back again. It was the whole crew working that night that looked like they had to come in in on there day off and work for free....

We went thru drive thru to get my lil one a cheese quesadilla and a flat bread. Well verses them giving me a flatbread they gave me a cold gordita and my lil girls quesadilla was gross. The lady at the window by the name of Isabel was extremely rude and acted as if she could not hear. Driving up to the window she gave us the wrong amount and was confused if the order was ours or not. Just plain gross and rude. After speaking too management and giving them feedback, complaint..I will be getting my refund and a free combo. However the point is customer service. Normally really good and would be 5 stars! But they the last few times I've gone they have forgotten to give us our sauce that we ask for very specificly. This time my quesadilla was half empty and I was really disappointed because that's my favorite thing there and it hasn't been a good day so that was really disappointing 😔 I would've went in and told them but we are in a hurry (I have pictures) today was a 1 star experience but I know y'all are better then that.
