The manager named krystle castro and her staff are extremely unprofessional literally pushing my kids and my family out the building check your videos 3-28-2021 around closing time I was waiting in line for the virtual reality with my son and all of a sudden she comes to it and messes with it causing for it not to even work we stayed in line for 15 mins to not even do the virtual reality so on our way out I was about to take a nice picture at the photo booth with my family she approaches me and my children that we had to leave and we couldn't even take a photo after I told her out of the 4 virtual reality machines only 2 were working that was not my fault all I wanted is a picture with my family she said no we need you out of the premises now I walked towards the door and asked for a business card and a number to complain which I did receive before the employee gave it to me this lady that wears a green shirt im assuming assistant started waving her finger signifying not to give me the business card "CHECK YOUR CAMERAS" after that her and the manager krystle castro approach my family and I told her its not my fault the virtual reality didn't work I just wanted to pay for a photo at the booth they both started mentioning to me and my husband that we couldn't get out money back WHICH I NEVER DID ASK FOR ! She the one in green started pushing my 7year old disabled son and my 5 old yr old son towards the door all I wanted was to be treated with respect after I spent so much money on a place with such poor management and most of the things wernt even working i paid over 150 and for what for my kids to be pushed out like a piece of trash especially my son with special needs she has no right at all to touch him if your reading may God bless you because what you did was very unprofessional and you ruined my disabled sons birthday you shouldn't be a manager krystle castro or the lady the in green I have a video for the owner so please please get back to me because her putting her hands on a child especially disabled is not right at all I don't care about the money I want someone to reach out to me As SOON...
Read moreI booked a party for my son here and we opted for the table. Our party host did an exceptional job at checking our guests in, informing us of when food orders need to be placed, suggestions on how much to order, and did announcements accordingly to gather our guests for pizza and cake cutting. She made my sons party stress free, flow exceptionally, and provided overall a great and welcoming presence. We were able to get there 15 minutes prior to the reserved time to set up and decorate too.
As for booking the party itself, the website I booked it on was a piece of cake. Super easy, super self explanatory, kudos to whoever thoroughly designed it and made it easy. Our party for 4 pizzas, 2 pitchers of soda, and 10 kids jumping came out to around $300, including a deposit, which wasn't too bad considering my son said it was the best party he's ever had.
He and the party guests were having such a great time. Even with the basic deluxe package, they still had plenty of trampolines to jump on, the obstacle course, and the battle course. Upgrading would also include the zipline, rock climbing wall, bumper cars, etc.

Read moreOn my first day I enrolled into the monthly program ... Saw it was a great savings!! That first day of my enrollment we were given a little card to receive a slice of pizza and another small snack item for the enrollment plan... Well too many parties or too many people my daughter didn't get her slice only a small popcorn bag and her ticket was torn ... Then I ordered a pizza and and order of wings... Took almost 2hrs to get the food... not exaggerating at all here ... The place was packed and I guess they could not catch up with the orders... My daughter on the other hand had a blast with the place she enjoyed it Soo much we stayed till almost closing ... and just to give it another try before complaining I gave it another try this past weekend... Place was still full but the service for the pizza and snacks was way better then the prior weekend about half an HR wait... Faster service and my daughter's ticket did not get torn until she received her items ... I do recommend for people to enroll in their packages... it's a huge saving... Will be visiting often it's a good place to...
