Worst experience ever! The lady in grey shirt that took my order sounded like she didn't want to be there in the first place. I got to the window we had asked for light ice in my husband there was 4 ice cubes. My son's drink was filled with ice and barely any soda for him to drink with his food. I ordered the frozen strawberry lemonade with my meal. the girl tried to hand me a chilled strawberry lemonade, when I asked her if that was the frozen one right in front of me she turned looked at who I think was the manager in a grey shirt and slammed the drink down while saying it's a frozen strawberry lemonade and the grey shirt lady says she didn't specify. When the girl made my frozen drink I apologized while she practically threw my drink at me, advised her I did specify and she walked away. I didn't get a receipt nor offered one. We didn't get napkins or utensils. I went inside to ask for my receipt from a different girl at the register however grey shirt lady and drive thru girl all after 4 mins of me waiting came to ask her what I needed. She told them my receipt and grey shirt lady pulled it crumpled up out of the trash and told her if she wanted a receipt she should of asked.i had also ordered my husband a diet Coke and got Dr pepper and a cheese cake they didn't even charge me for. This was by far the worst drive thru experience I have ever had. Idk how those girls are still working there but this franchise owner must not really care. Read moreIf I could rate the place 0 stars I would. I've had instances of incorrect orders which I can understand happens but today took the cake. I placed an order for tenders and used a coupon, I was charged and went home. I signed onto my bank and saw I was charged 19.46 which is a lot more than the 8.99 I was going to pay for my one order. I called and the manager told me "Oh that happens a lot just wait because it'll clear." SHe failed to understand that what happened was I was charged 8.99 twice on the same order. She said she could give me a credit for 6 dollars towards my next order which is way less than what I paid. I let her know that I just wanted my money back. She said I would have to come in since she couldn't do card transactions over the phone. I drove back, and she repeatedly asked me if I only received one order. This was even after I explained this over the phone. She didn't even refund me on my card and proceeded to give me cash.
The chicken itself wasn't even good. Most of my order was dry, the fries were cold, I was given the wrong sauce. Never coming back here again and I hope others see this and think twice...

When ordering, I asked if they could please leave the wings out of my box. They said no, so that was fine. I asked which pieces would be included so that I could plan the rest of my order accordingly so that everyone in my party would be satisfied with their meals. They told me which pieces and even had it listed on the screen. I ordered extra pieces to fit our needs. The receipt clearly shows the pieces that should be included. When I got home, we realized the listed pieces (which had then been confirmed 3 different ways) were not what was in the bag. What is the point of listing the pieces and refusing to swap pieces if you're not even going to put the pieces that YOU stated are included?...
At this point, I'm so frustrated with the behavior of the staff I'm not even sure what I could do. I will not be spending my money at Popeye's anymore. I will miss the foods I enjoy from here, but it's not...
