6•11•25 finally I came in to redeem my points but I wanted something different out of my ordinary go to sub. So I chose the footlong on the Firehouse Captains club and oh my was so good shout out to Emily for making this delish sub for me i ate it all boy I was hungry anyways yes I say shout out to her because she was the one who made it for me and was very well made and balanced with the ingredients not to sweet and nit to spicy. You may want to request Emily to make you one. Place is nice and clean and very cool temp inside store.

So came in a good while, but my question is Firehouse subs. What's the deal with the Mac n cheese like only half of the bowl it's not even well served. Why the shystiness all of the sudden? You all need to fix that for what you charge. It used to be a nice decent portion, but this is getting ridiculous. Your sandwiches are consistent, but the Mac n cheese is a joke. Fix that issue.

I ordered a small sammich. It was delish. The gentleman who did it did awesome, thank you. One thing i will point out is why is the mac n cheese less amount than before they went smaller oz. Of serving, it's not even full of the container you can see on my pic. It is good but confused as to why less.

Well, i came in yesterday day after fall. Anyways, i asked for a hook and ladder, and i got it for free on my app, but I was upset because the girl who took my order its as if her heard me but not listen. I told her i need blk olives and Jalapeno she did put any at all i said again i need olives and the girl making them was so shysty, no cup just out of her hand gave me 6 pieces and i literally said are You kidding me? Wth??? Gave a bit more and she passed to the other gentleman on his hand and placed it on my tray(pic below) 😡 then the sandwich had no jalapeno by this point i didnt bother because of the service i go with the olives it be worse with the jalapenos. I've been here many times, never an issue till this day. Either i hope she was having a bad day, which is no excuse, or she was just sloppy. Makes you all look bad she needs 101 consuling. Otherwise you may lose your customers. And I will be one. Might not make a difference to many, but it just takes one to follow the rest. They were even shysty with the meats inside the sanwich. i was just upset. And I took my friend because she had never been there. And this was a first reaction. it just didn't look well in...

I hardly post anything about a bad meal but If I have to I will. I went in to this Firehouse Sub along with my son in Harlingen on 10-04-21 it was 4:00 p.m. I have to say the sandwiches my son and I ordered were not good this time around. We both ordered Turkey Bacon Ranch a small sub just the sub for myself and a medium sub combo for my son and ordered both of them. { To Go }. We have never gotten a semi warm/ cold sandwich from this place they have always been good sandwiches and made to order. We were standing watching this young man he was wearing an earring with another young lady watching him prepare our sandwiches. This young man needs to be trained more cause the sandwiches he made for us were not what me & my son expected we were so looking forward to enjoy our sandwiches instead we both left them there didn't care to eat the subs cause 1 we both don't like wheat bread. We ordered the sandwiches on white. When placing my sandwich I told the older cashier lady I wanted a small sub on white and her response was the small sub are small and she was showing me with her hands how small the sub was I told her it's ok that's all I want a small sub. She told me the total and she took it upon herself to throw my receipt away. I was like ok I don't need it cause we are always satisfied with these sandwiches. • Update* We had Firehouse yummy subs again. We decided to order the Mac and Cheese. This is something you can get at this firehouse but is not available at all. It is not on the app. Anyway the menu showed a full container but we received much less than that. See photo. The mac and cheese was good but not great. Not worth the price. I am also a little disappointed at the size of the pickle spears we have received the last few times. They are less than a quarter of the whole pickle.
