Harps Food Stores — Local services in Harrah

Went in to Harps in Harrah picked out a box of cupcakes, they were marked $6.99. There were sone marked $10.99 and $12.99. I asked tha blonde young lady in the bakery what the difference was in the cupcakes for the price difference. She very rudely came over ripped off the price tag and says they were marked wrong, they were suppose to be $12.99. This rudeness was completely uncalled for, and if an item is mismarked, it in my lifetime was never the customers fault, it was sold to the customer at the marked price and the rest of the items left were marked to the correct price. I am not from Harrah but I do come here on occasiin to visit my family, and have bought grocerys there for cookouts and such on several occasions. But I will not be stopping there again. I will bring food from home or stop in Shawnee. The store has gone downhill since the very first time I went in there. Its dirty and my daughter has told me their help has been rude to her before many times. As l said l will not go...

Love the Harps Grocery on Hwy 9, Norman, Oklahoma. Store is not too big, but not too small of a store that you can find what your looking for without taking all day and walking 3 miles to get toilet paper and a gallon of milk! Ugh.. The Bakery is excellent and fresh veggies and nuts and home town/grown Honey is a find for a person with allergies which need close proximity to aide on relief of allergie problems. Meat is fantastic! Can't say enough about the employees as well! A1 job everyone! Very friendly and will go out of there way to help. Even help out with car issues! That great! Especially if female!
