The guy working ALONE during a dinner rush was extremely overwhelmed. This isn’t the only subway I’ve witnessed this, but several actually. During standard meal times, there needs to be more than 1 employee working these locations. This poor guy was trying to make walk in sandwiches AND online orders, and the amount of tickets he had stacked up was wild to me. I thought he was just being rude at first, because when i first walked in there were only 2 people ahead of me, until I sat there for more than 20 mins as he had customer after customer walk in and you could visibly see the panic in his face as they said they had online orders that he hadn’t even at a chance to touch yet. Either staff more employees during rush times, or STOP online orders. At least if folks have to order in person, they can see this poor guy is working alone and they can see the LINE of people waiting.
And if you’re wondering, my son and I sat in the lobby for 1 hour and 7 minutes to get the food we’d already paid for. If we hadn’t paid online, I certainly wouldn’t have waited that long for 4 sandwiches.

Read moreTerrible experience on 22 July 2021 around 12:45 at Subway located 3400 S Harrah Rd, Harrah, OK 73045. I ordered online and my credit card was charged. Went to get sandwiches, gave them my name and the two ladies said there was no order with that name. I said my card was charged and I showed them the charge. They got very defensive and said "you should have called it in". I told them that I always order online and they said next time order by phone. One of them was so mad she was told by the other woman a supervisor I believe to step back and she walked to the back really angry. I was shocked. I asked if she could provide phone for franchise owner and she said no. So I left my phone number and and asked she give it to the owner and I left.
