Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Harrah

I normally would've given a 4 or five star rating, but my past three orders have taken a drastic down turn. I got some chicken strips, 2 were etable. The other three were clearly over cooked, the dogs didn't even want them, which says something. The I had gotten a coke with two flavors added. You couldn't tell what flavors were in it, and I'm not even sure it was coke and had regular ice and not light ice. I get light ice cause ice alone takes up 3/4 of the cup. That's too much for me. Half is acceptable, a quarter is perfect cause you get more coke. If I wanted more ice it's in my freezer. You either brought on a screw up who needs more oversight by the boss to ensure the correct details or get a job that a sea cucumber could do. Read details, confirm you got them right, and don't send food that's not on par. Here a pic to show that I'm not lying about the ice detail. Easy ice, and liquid is still floating the ice. Regular ice, the liquid goes below the ice. Everytime my orders wrong from here on you're getting the details and the pics I'll even include order numbers, times, and pics. It's a sonic, so you know what to expect. I left one star off of service because either the speaker was messed up or the person taking our order was talking to someone in the background. You know when you're in a drive through and you become filled with dread because it's taking way too long for the person in front of you to order and so you just know they're ordering for the whole basketball team or something? That's how it was. Turns out, the car in front of us was having issues too with the speaker and ordering. The car behind us was still trying to order when we were leaving. So maybe skip the drive through for a while. We ordered a med cherry limeade cream slush, a med soda, an order of cheddar bites and an order of cheddar peppers. Once we got over the ordering debacle they got our food to us very quickly. One time I went, I ordered a chicken dinner box. Got 3 teeny pieces of chicken that could all fit inside my palm. Another time the BLT had half of a piece of bacon and soggy lettuce. They ALWAYS forget straws and sauces from every one of my orders. Most recent, we were missing two orders of onion rings and an order of fries. Sent my kid to pick up so he doesn’t check the bags. It’s really getting ridiculous how often that happens. And why was my chicken sandwich smothered in pickles and no tomato? When did that change because it’s Gross. Also Had a hard clump of lettuce on the sandwich and no other leaves. I’ve never had an issue with the carhops there but always with the food missing.
