Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Harrah

The little boys that work here are disrespectful and dont know how to do their job. We ordered a big order and they said it would be 15 min which we expected.... waited 15 min to come back and find out they sold our order to someone else so waited another 15 min. Then we get home and the pizza is not cooked the crazy bread we got one was literally dough and one was still frozen. The Italian cheese bread has pepperoni all over it which might be ok to some but we did not ask for it. I'm pretty sure selling raw food is not okay then the worker wants to blame us for being in a rush. You make sure the food is fully cooked before it goes out the door no matter what. Then they tell my husband we cant come back there because they messed up. I will drive 100 miles away to go somewhere else before I drive 5 min to this sorry excuse of a little ceasars. Then when trying to get their names to turn them in the guy named Anthony who is the manager ripped his name tag off so we couldnt get his name but one of the other workers gave it to us. What kind of people do you have working for you and for one of them to be a manager. I'm telling you dont waste your time or money going to this store! They never have pizza hot and ready and obviously dont care if its cooked or not. Not to mention they are the most disrespectful people I...

We had ordered online and it said that it would be ready at 6:10. I went through the drive-thru at 6:10 and it wasn’t ready. I went back through the drive thru at 6:17 and waited in front of the window for THIRTY minutes holding up the line. Finally, a manager came out and told me one of his team members “gave” the pizza away. He said for me to pull up in front of Little Caesars and he would bring it out to my car. Funny enough, I walked in and they were just now making my pizza. The way the situation was handled it was very suspicious and considering I was in the front of the line and window for 30 minutes I don’t think they “gave it away.” I think they did not make it or just plain forgot but I don’t know how considering I pulled up at 6:10. I didn’t get my pizza until 7:07 which was AN HOUR waste of my time and my money. Ordered dinner at 5:24pm went into the store at 5:47pm. Was told my order would be up anytime. My “pretzel” pizza was not stuffed with the cheese like it was supposed to be, was already done and just sitting there, and really wasn’t pretzel at all as they just salted the whole dang pizza. At 6:05 the lady up front asks about my wings and tells me a few more minutes. At 6:18 the wings are ready and my order is bagged up only to walk out to my car to realize they didn’t even sauce the wings I waited 30 minutes for. They also didn’t give me my brownie I ordered, so I had to ask for that as well. In the almost hour I waited for my order I saw them serve probably 20 customers.
