Taco Bell — Restaurant in Harrison

Due to the older lady yelling when I was trying to explain that a order wasn’t mine and they called out a name and I said we had 2 orders with the same name if that all for my name it all gose together with 3 workers standing at the counter no one every tried to say no just the one thing was mine then I set the box that wasn’t mine on the counter and was checking what food was mine this rude young girl said I’m not going to tell you again to through out the food that wasn’t mine like I was a kid when I was tryin to just make sure my order was right I told them both that I was not going to be yelled at or disrespected by none of them they all started yelling while my 5 year old son was they that was rude and the night manager that was there tonight is not manager ready for someone to be in charge of something that can’t even handle not...

Well, I tried it a second time before reviewing. First off, we don't like having to wait on ourselves, and it's not cheaper to do so. There is a big screen behind the counter but it has no menu, you have to get the menu on the kiosk. We get our meal, the meat on my taco was about the size of the drinking straw (no exaggeration) and you could probably count on two hands the pieces of shredded cheese that was on it. (Yes, like 10!) We were so grossed out listening to the worker in the back hacking. Every table in there was dirty, we had to clean one to eat, there wasn't a soul in the place but us. Submitted online order for pick up; large family with a large order, teenagers eat a lot! The gentleman at the counter was insistent on offering his service to carry food out to the car- it was so appreciated to have another set of hands! When we got home, the food was still warm, the best quality we've had from any of the fast food restaurants in the area, nothing was missing, special instructions for allergies were followed; my only advice is to get sauce if you don't have it already at home!
