People of Harrison and Clare County be very proud and thank the fair board members and volunteers that put on another great fair. This was my third year there, and I have never been to such a clean fair. To think you only pay 5.00 and can park on grass, and so close to everything! I talked with a couple from Traverse City that couldn't believe they only had to pay 1.00 each to walk in, and they were amazed with the beautiful building's you have for the animals, the very clean rides. Had great choices of food, beef tips, fish & dill pickles, polish dog, but this year we found the grilled cheese BLT on Texas toast the best! Great shows this year, again! Love to Gene...

I’m knocking off some stars because one time a Carnie stopped the Ferris wheel to flirt with me and my friend for like 10 minutes a few years ago. He just had to make sure we where over 18 (and we weren’t!). Pretty disturbing now that I’m older and realize what was happening. This is the only time this has happened.

Read moreI have a 6 and 8 year old and I've been going to this fair for years. For such a small town it's quite a nice size fair with plenty of rides for all ages as well as plenty of games and food. I live not far from the fair grounds itself so my children drag me there anytime they can. It's a great afternoon with the family. We tend to enjoy our selves. However I would recommend if going not to go on the spartan day as wristbands are cheapest and the area ends up over crowded. Long lines for everything is what you can expect...
