Youbmust be selling gold!! went here to buy 2 papers and 2 hot heads asked for elements and hot head!!! Girl was so out of itand asked me which one small or big. so I said small,thinking she was gonna give me the regular size elements!! !! She didn't even show me to see if that was the correct one! Elements has 3 sizes! She rushes because she had her friends over!!! So I asked can I get it changed , she says she can't because it's going to change the inventory, so I asked her how much is the one I bought she goes and say 3 and the one i wanted was 2.50., I then told her I'm losing 1dollar so how is it that it's going to mess your inventory when I'm losing here. So unrealistic and dumb!! No other store will deny this exchange!! I asked to call the boss and whoever you are you will not get any customers the way you are running business!! What does an exchange have to do with messing inventory!!if I wa just exchanging!! An the register didn't have to be touched idiots!!! I'm from NYC and that's y I rather cross over or go to the dispensaries!!! If you guys know about smoking you will explain correctly, and inform ppl!!! just wanna rush you!! And what they sell no good everything indoor!! Trash I rather cross the bridge and go to NYC!!! Or a dispensary!! Train your workers to be more polite and more resourceful not just smile!!!
