We used to enjoy dining here, but not any more. Everyone can have a bad night, and we understand that. But it has become a regular thing. 3 of the last 4 times we tried to eat here, it was a disaster. Once everything on the plate was so overcooked that you couldn't cut the tamales to see what was inside them. Once the orders were mixed up and given to someone else and all we got told was well try and remake your order, which took another 30 minutes. Once everything was good, it was not great. This time was a miserable night from the start. Got a table fast. That's the good part. Waited almost 15 minutes for someone to finally take our drink order. We also placed our food order at the same time. We got chips and salsa delivered to the table but no drinks. 10 minutes later we got drinks. Every time the waitress came by, she said your order should be right out. No drink refills, and 40 minutes later, she comes to the table saying they lost our order. But she's going to reprint it and get it out to us. We'd been there over an hour and ended up leaving hungry because let's face it over an hour is ridiculous for the service we had received. Did I mention that they had no silverware to put out on your tables until after they brought the food out. We saw that for several tables because they had to keep going to the kitchen to get more (hopefully clean). Management can not say something wasn't said because it was. It's a shame because this was our favorite Mexican restaurant in town. Open your eyes because you're losing customers because of your low standards and...

Me and my cousin have loved salsas for their good service and food and had chosen it as our go to Mexican restaurant for awhile now. Recently we had an experience there where our waiter seemed just fine though-out our time there but when it came time to settle up at the end of our meal he was given a 100$ bill to pay for the meal which was 43$. The tip was already on the table by the time he got the money. He came back 5-6 minutes later with 47$ with comes up to a total of $90. At first thinking it was a simple mistake we waited on him to come check up on us. But we never seen him again despite him being all over the floor before that. So we called over another guy to relay our issue. Immediately upon telling him he already knew what happened and our waiter came back to the table. His first answer to our problem was “sorry we don’t have exact change” which is not a big issue but him knowing that meant he knew we were short 10$ and was just gonna try to get away not giving us the money. And after him saying this he pulled out his money out of his apron and gave it to us. Meaning he did have a way to make change. That to me is thievery rather than an honest mistake. I know they don’t get a lot of people but stealing is no way to make up for that and is why I’m leaving this review. Also the first thing he did as soon as we got up from the table is to run and grab the tip that was given I guess to make up for the $10 he had to give back up. I know 10$ isn’t much but of this is a reoccurring problem then how much has he taken before. I won’t be coming...

Our server was great, we were sat immediately and our food was brought quickly. But, the chips were ice cold, the salsa was extremely spicy, the queso had no flavor at all, and our food was extremely bland…and it had a weird after taste. I got the fajitas Jalisco, and my partner got the taco salad and we both had Dr Pepper, which also had hardly any taste and tasted watered down. Our bill was $40.00! I left a $6.00 tip, because the server was sweet, poor guy, there were several female waitresses standing around chatting and playing on their phones and this man was the only server actually doing his job. But, Extremely over priced for a very disappointing meal to say the least. We haven’t been here in a while, and we’ve never had bad service or food before til tonight. To add to that, when we left we went to go see Christmas lights, within 30 minutes of leaving we both had upset stomachs. We had to return home and use the bathroom, where I also had to vomit… I am pretty sure we both got a little food poisoning or something in the food messed with our stomachs bad. Probably won’t be back to this establishment just based on how sick we got...
