There was a time where the things at Gio were great. Now, not so much. It’s more about quantity than quality. Three times now I have purchased the “rosca” and it was raw. The worse of it is that they ignore your feedback 100%, like it doesn’t even matter. I hope this review opens their eyes to this issue, as the same issue happens often. Another “rosca” tasted like baking powder, it was horrible. Also, the brigadeiro from the display was hard and crusty, “cristalizado” as we say in Portuguese, which means that it is old and seating there for a while. Staffing at the store was not welcoming. I said hi and no reply, even the store owner siting there on his computer by the register ignored my greeting.
