Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Harrisonburg

I have my service with T-Mobile and i am under my parents plan we wanted to add another line so my father went to this store instead of the T-mobile one because the uber driver lost his way my father didn’t know the difference in t-mobile and metro so my father went inside and ask if they were t-mobile and the representative said “yes they were t-mobile” and he made my father wait for 30 mins straight saying that he will be with them shortly my father an elderly person who is a heart patient had a job to go to but that person didn’t help him until he was done with the first customer which i totally understand he is the only person working but i don’t get it why they do not have 2 or more people working at a same time will they make everyone wait half an hour like that? After it was my father’s turn that guy said “you do not have an account” to which my father replied “no i have an account with t-mobile” and then he said “no sir we are metro by t-mobile” and explained how they were different at first he said they were t-mobile to begin with and when he made my father wait for 30 mins he refused that they were not and then he created a new account and gave them services to the lowest package possible while adding add ons to it without them asking obviously my father an elderly guy who just wanted to get it over with just agreed with everything and paid in...

Multiple times I have came to this location and they are never open when they’re supposed to be. I live an hour away and this is the closest metro. It’s really frustrating to waste my time coming here multiple times.

The harrisonburg store have a poor customer service ,I check some free phones in the website but if I keep my phone number i need to visit the local store but when I check in the store they always tell me I need to pay more than $100 to get the phone and they said that include the activation fee ,plan and other things .I can't understand why I can'tget the free phone and do the other process online without pay that money that they want...
