I have my service with T-Mobile and i am under my parents plan we wanted to add another line so my father went to this store instead of the T-mobile one because the uber driver lost his way my father didnāt know the difference in t-mobile and metro so my father went inside and ask if they were t-mobile and the representative said āyes they were t-mobileā and he made my father wait for 30 mins straight saying that he will be with them shortly my father an elderly person who is a heart patient had a job to go to but that person didnāt help him until he was done with the first customer which i totally understand he is the only person working but i donāt get it why they do not have 2 or more people working at a same time will they make everyone wait half an hour like that?
