They attempted a repair of my laptop. They should be embarrassed? I didn't give them a 1 STAR since they did apologized and didn't charge for adding to the laptop's problem. They troubleshot it before seeing it saying corrupted drive. They asked if if they could wipe it since it would delete any files - I gave permission since I removed all items and files. They returned it in a week (plus) wiped clean. It was working with their mouse only saying it was good and $100 for the service. It was completely useless at this point since they removed all the computer's hardware with the mouse, camera, touchscreen, speakers..... all not working so useless. They kept it for another week, but didn't fix it, couldn't fix it or didn't try...?

I was able to get it fixed properly by another computer service. They didn't understand why ROZ couldn't correct this as it took them only a couple hours to have the computer see all the hardware, test the computer and call that it was ready for pick up. The ROZ service was in February. I unable to drive until recently so it took many months to get this properly addressed by a qualified computer service company.

The owners response makes no sense ?? They apparently don't work with computers! HMM What did they keep mine for a few weeks for other than...

I bought a used computer from Roz. First, I'm an experienced computer guy, just retired as computer scientist, and before that tech, in 33 year career. I build PCs, family has 6 desktop computers currently. I was looking for a cheap PC to put linux on, and do development and wasn't finding anything online for the price I liked. I found an ad for Roz on Facebook Marketplace, I decided to stop in. First, they have a variety of used PCs and Macs for all budgets. I was impressed at the knowledge, I was speaking to the owner. I looked at several, and he knew and gave me every tech spec I asked for. He offered some good discounts on several PCs, ultimately I walked out with a very Nice Dell min-tower with an i5 at a bargain price with Win 10. Computer is great, very reliable. I dual booted it with Linux and upgraded the hardware. My total outlay after $150 purchase and new graphics card, SSD, and more memory was only $300, the computer is a very fast computer considering the orginal price. I found out from others they do good repairs. I don't think they'd steer you wrong, if you don't want to spend a lot and need a computer then...

This place is AWESOME!! My MacBook Air fell off my bed right before I got back to school and I broke part of the left side of my screen. I was devastated because of the timing. My apple care expired this past year so I didn’t know where to start. I didn’t want to hurt my pockets too much.. so i started looking up places to repair it. Everywhere I asked they ship out the laptop and I was going to have to wait around a week to bring it in and another to get it back. These other places almost wanted DOUBLE what I ended up paying here.

Anyway.. when I got back I did another google search and decided to call to get an estimate. The owner was great he didn’t make me feel pressured like the other places. He had the part (the screen) in stock and told me that I could bring it in that day! He was upfront and honest when he said that the screen was used but an authentic mac screen. I brought the laptop in and when he asked if I could be back in an hour to pick it up I was shocked!! The replacement when perfectly and I ended up with a better screen than before I broke it.
