Subway — Restaurant in Harrisonville

I thought I would try ordering again at this subway - 3rd time, 3rd screw up. Ordered online, got to the restaurant and hit I'm here button. Sat and waited... and waited... and waited… finally went in and got - we were waiting for you to come in as we don't have flatbread. At noon???? Not having flatbread didn't upset me as much as - we were waiting for you to come in.... I ordered online so I didn't have to come in - I have the flu, a cold or covid - not sure, so by they staff making me come in, puts lots of people in danger of becoming ill. Then she proceeded to help several other customers before coming back to me. At that point - I'M MAD!!!!! Cancelled my order - the entire order and went to Culvers. MUCH NICER PEOPLE FOR SURE!!! She was rude. Terrible customer service!!! And 7-10 to get my refund????? That is wrong. Subway in Harrisonville has definitely lost my business. Subway in general is getting close. I like the fresh sandwiches but not rude...

I only gave 2 stars because of 1 employees professionalism & desire to satisfy me as a customer. I called in my order & was informed that she was going to have to bake more cookies to fill my order.I agreed. Before I called I googled Current Subway deals & all 3 of the subs were on the $4.99 footlongs menu, but when I got there I was charged $5.49 for 2 & $7.49 for the 3rd. Rather than apologizing for the error & exlaining that I should have checked the Subway ap in the future & making a customer happy, she was anything but. The polite associate brought my order to me & apologized for the way I was treated. And she asked for my name & number & offered to discuss the issue with her district manager. I'm never disappointed when I go to Subway!! The sandwiches are always delicious and the service is always great!! Took the kid's yesterday to give this location another try after a previous bad experience and will definitely be going back!!! The gentleman that made our sandwiches was very calm and collected under the pressure of being in the front by himself while the other employee was trying to get caught up on everything else as there were only two people working!!
