Don’t go after 10pm unless you want them to tell you they are only Doing Mobile orders. You know that extra lane they built that never had anyone in it and when it does they feel like they should be before you in line. By the time you back up out of line if nobody is blocking you, then install the app and create your order you could of had your food and gone.(other reviews said that still didn’t work) Also you probably went there on a whim as you were driving so not easy to order nor legal or safe. So you pull into the lot create your order and still wait as long or longer since there’s now a middle man computer instead of talking to the person who still had to answer the damn speaker!!!! Oh and that app you probably will never use again a constant reminder of forcing Customers to use a failed lane that should of just been an extra lane like it’s competitors across the street who also have a mobile app you can use on your terms. I gave it Two stars One because you gotta give it at least one the other cause a couple to few months ago they were great actually, so just in case some of that crew was working and if it’s a corporate thing to justify the expense of the lanes or some marketing idiots that think the app will magically bring business instead of what it actually does of losing business went to Burger King instead in fact I’ll give them a good review as I could see only two people working and they were nice . Read moreSo, the last few weeks, I’ve been thinking that I was going to make a review of this place, because of how much they had seemed to have turned it around. I seen some new faces in there, and wasn’t getting any more of the “oh, we are closed” during their normal business hours or “oh, we are only excepting mobile orders”, or “oh, we are completely out of meat”. And then tonight- flight got delayed, and I didn’t end up getting to my vehicle at the airport until around 1 AM. I didn’t waste any time driving through the city, because I knew Taco Bell was gonna be my only option besides McDonald’s which I hate. I tried to order on the app, so I wouldn’t show up 10 minutes just before close, but the app wouldn’t let me order. I pulled up to the window, and they just ignored me. So I said something to them, and they said oh, we only have four employees right now, so we are not excepting any more orders tonight. If you’re not going to operate inside your business hours, change them on the Internet and on your sign. Read moreI'm very surprised, I have never had a problem with any Taco Bell. We were running around getting birthday stuff, groceries and it was very late. I assumed Taco Bell would be fast and efficient for our family dinner, I was exhausted. After getting home and giving out the kids order, we noticed no meat. I went back up and asked for one Crunchwrap Supreme with meat or my money back. He ask to see it, so I gave it to him. He opened it, stuck his hand in it and tore it all apart smear his hand in it, then replied " I found a little bit of meat, so it's good." Oh my God, He held up three small pieces of meat. I replied, I can't eat that. I want a new one or my money back. He replied, "no I can't help you." I said fine give it back, so I can take a picture of it. He said, no I'm not giving it back and immediately threw it in the trash, then said I can't help you. Closed the window and left. I was like , what!?
