Bought a dump trailer and it has had nothing but problems I did everything asked of me from the dealership and the warranty company. I was told by the saleswoman that silver line would do all they could to make the situation correct and that the warranty company was not doing what they should. Come to find out not even an email was sent on my behalf until multiple repairs where done then an follow up email was sent but nothing happened ,so over two months later I have a trailer that is not functioning properly after two times of repair and neither the dealership or warranty company will help. Very professional crew. I was amazed on how the owner was able to give me a deal I couldn't refuse. He most definitely hooked it up. Got a great deal on a brand new 40 foot Big Tex gooseneck trailer with the mega ramps, exactly what I was needing. Originally went there for a different trailer that I really couldn't use and they were able to change the deal to a much better deal for me, which I can appreciate.
