Upon arrival my wife were greeted as I expected and the guy working the counter also asked if we were ready to order. We placed our order my wife asking for the number 8 meal 3 PC. CHICKEN BIG BOX MEAL. Upon being asked my wife told him she wanted white meet, Mashed Potatoes and Mac and Cheese for her sides a large drink and another side which was coleslaw. I also ordered the number 8 but dark meat and my sides were to be Mashed Potatoes and sweet corn. also with a large drink. When the food was ready I went to pick it up and saw that both meals were dark meat there were two coleslaws and no sweet corn. Upon stating that one of the meals was supposed to have been white meat the "General Manager", who did not look professional at all, got an attitude say that he built the meals like the screen told him too. I advised the lady that I was speaking with that my wife did in fact order white meat and ask her to verify that I remembered right and it turned that the guy who took our order was new and apparently did not see the white meat button. From the attitude of the manager, he blamed my wife and I for the counter guy not doing his job and failing to hit a button on his screen. The "G. M." then copped an attitude with a Door Dash driver who asked to verify that there was a straw in the bag for the order he was picking up. I can understand that the individual taking orders being new and making a mistake, but the "G. M." taking an attitude with the customers puts a bad taste in my mouth. While we were eating the "G. M." was complaining about having to fix our order as well as bragging about how good of manager he was in Arkansas. He claimed he had seven stores in Arkansas before before being called to be G.    Read moreWent there to get wings hot wings and they said that they were not available to purchase decided to get a two piece chicken which they charge $6.49 plus tax or two pieces of chicken a leg and thigh which must have been miniature chicken because they were smallest I've seen they also sold a box Meal for $6.49 also which included a cookie mashed potatoes and gravy biscuit and two pieces of chicken not sure how that works the Meal was cheaper then there two pieces of chicken the employees we encountered the first one they ignored me after multiple times to get her attention then the second one was rude and pushed our food to us just to get us on our way opposed to answering any questions this KFC over the years has done nothing but go downhill not to have wings since it's chicken place available for purchase I thought was something I didn't think I would hear they overcharged and their customer service is beyond lacking this particular location definitely needs to be re-educated on customer service quality of food as for the price other chicken $6.49 poor poor quality chicken for me is just unacceptable we go to these places because it is fast food but when you sacrifice quality or even just mediocre you would think that at least the service would have been better I'll not be going back to this particular KFC which after living in Harrisonville for over 40 years it's sad that I have seen not only the quality of food the poor service but the increased prices is for me unacceptable somebody needs to step in and correct this I will be contacting all of my contacts as many as possible to make sure that they understand what...

They told me one person had to sit there a hour and half to get their order. I told them to cancel my order and manager was not nice about it Before I could leave a veteran came back in and his order was wrong. He asked for a refund and the manager told him no and started raising his voice at the veteran. When vet asked to speak to his manager he called them and claimed he gave the vet the number. The vet gave me the number also. I called it to let the higher manager know he was not being professional that person said they were not the manager and hung up.
