I came down from Ohio to remodel my mother's bathroom a retired military veteran and she has a Lowe's card and decided to put it all on our Lowe's car cuz she got 0% interest for 6 months we were looking for some tile for the shower and the sales guy sold my mom on some Venetian marble that they supposedly had just had special ordered and returned so they had to put it on clearance to get rid of it cuz it was a special order but the truth was this particular stone had been returned because it was Miss milled and defective unable to be installed correctly and I don't know about the sales guy but the assistant manager knew of this and thought it was an okay thing to do nothing wrong with selling a customer a defective product because it was on clearance of course well once we realized that we brought the product back to Lowe's the next day and that's when that manager told me that it was on clearance so deal with it told me to call the manufacturer myself told me he knew about the tile being Miss Mill and defective yet sold it to my mother anyway even though she had spent $5,000 at the store in the last 2 weeks this gentleman's name was Tracy I call corporate and they made him refund my mother's money cuz he refused to do it and told me to have a nice day and walk away from me and I don't think this gentleman should have a job because he obviously doesn't know what customer service looks like and to act like that towards me a disabled veteran and treat my mother that way it retired veteran is sickening to me that he would do that to any customer and I told him that's as well I hope the manager there reads this and knows that he has no business is your sister manager he don't even have no businesses and associate for a store that has customer service cuz obviously he doesn't know what customer...
   Read moreI placed an order o er the phone. Apparently someone new took the order I asked if it would be ready in 2-3 hours and was told yes. When O got there to pick up, I was told it would be a couple more hours yet. Then the manager, Melissa said I didnât pay for my order, which I paid online, said they get up to 10 hours to fill an order. When I told her what was told to me, she acted like it was my fault and accused me of stealing!!! I have never been so insulted in my life!!! It doesnât stop there. When she said she needed to see my receipt- I handed it to her and she never gave it back. The only thing she gave me was the paper copy of what the order was for and has scribbles all over it from them marking off the order as they went. She told me to not come back when I was ready to depart after 3-4 hours of waiting there!!! I will never go back to that...

I had 4 associates walk right past me as I stood with my arms crossed. Not one asked if I needed assistance. So the next aisle over in lumber I asked an associate if he would get someone over. He said " I will call someone to help you" I waited 15 mins no one came. I'm pissed now so I go to the lumber cashier and she tells me I will get someone there. I wait another 15 mins and no one comes. I storm over to the return cashiers and tell them I need to speak to the manager.
