Just left after Deedee said they could not take down a bundle of lumber to sell and the associate got heated when my husband questioned his management not letting them sell product thinking he was talking to him when my husband walked away and Deedee said hateful things and then my husband went back to get his name, Deedee proceeded to buck up like he was going to fight my husband when all he was doing was getting his name from his badge. What kind of anger issues do you have at this location and who else has been privi to the wrath of Deedee? I wonder if he uses management as an excuse to not work. The barriers were not up and the back doors were not open to fill any lumber spots so that can't be an excuse.
Tried to call and speak to someone, but getting someone on the phone seemed to be difficult. Someone did call back from the store, but I was already on the phone with corporate. I did not give the complaint anonymously. I am awaiting a call back. I know it will take time, but hopefully not too long.
I did call back and speak with the person who called from the store, but I felt like they(the store) may cover for this employee. I told them I would let corporate handle it from here. I am sure they will contact the store.

I called the store 3 times to check stock and place the order. I was put on hold the first time for 10 minutes and the 2nd time for 15 minutes and was transferred to the service desk 3 of those. By the time I got to the flooring dept. they couldn't even pull up my quote. He told me to call back if I could find it. Ummm, I was never given that information. After he looked again, surprise it was there! Then he told me he didn't know how to do it. I could call back tomorrow...Not happening bud! I did call back to ask them if I could have the detail quote number and was put on hold again for 10 minutes. Guess what, there was no one in the flooring dept.
