TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE! I Took my 2010 ford f150 in to have the AC repaired and a water leak looked at in the drivers side floor board. This is what happened. Aug 8th dropped the truck off for repair
Aug 12th received a call explaining a dye test had been ran and dye was only found in condenser. the water in the floor board was an issue with the AC drain. I agreed to price of $1300 to fix it.
August 20th I had to call to check on the status of the truck. I was told both issues were fixed and the the truck was ready for pick up. I pick it up and a 15 minute drive home reveals the A/C still doesnt work and I still have water in the drivers side floor board. I Called back to inform them it was not repaired and was told to drop it off the next morning.
August 21st dropped the truck off to be looked at again.
September 2nd I called to check on the status of the truck and was informed they checked the evaporator coil this time and found another leak and qouted $2,239 to fix it. The water leak is now an issue with the back window and it needs resealed but they dont do that kind of work.
So over all you can expect to call them for a status check of your vehicle (mine sat for almost a month and I only got 1 call from them).
You can assume they will charge you for a test and only check half the system.
You can expect them to tell you its fixed when its not. Which means they dont even do quality checks to ensure the problem is actually fixed before saying its ready and returning it to the customer. Charge $1300 for the partially executed test and or repair.
Lastly when you ask questions about why they didnt check the entire system and find all the issues during the first test or why they didnt check the A/C worked before they told you it was ready to be picked up or why the first time the water in the floor was an AC drain they supposedly fixed and the 2nd time its a back window they dont fix. You can expect to hear excuses from the service manager as he tells you hes been doing this for 36 years and theres just no way to actually check that part. which they just said they checked during the 2nd visit when they qouted nearly $2,300 to replace the part they cant check...
Would highly recommend you TAKE YOUR TRUCK SOMEWHERE ELSE This is not my first interaction with them. I have been going to them for years and have always had issues like having to call and check on the status or the over priced labor but this was...
Read moreI am writing this review in hopes that improvements will be made.
I was hesitant to do business with the service department; however, I was optimistic that the experience would be improved from a previous encounter. I was mistaken.
On June 26th, 2025, I delivered my F150 to be serviced. I explained that multiple issues were present, but my primary concern was electrical. The 4x4 solenoid was not getting power and not creating a vacuum (resulting in the front axles turning while in 2WD). I requested to be notified of the cost before any work was done. Several weeks went by without any updates.
On July 24th, I was called and informed that two relays would need to be replaced, with a total cost of $529.42. I agreed to proceed with the repairs. I called on August 2nd for an update and spoke with Mark. He shared that they were “still working on it, but that they’d let me know.” In an effort to create a paper trail, I emailed Mark and Landon on August 11th, requesting an update, but never received a response. (see below) I called again on August 22nd and was told, “We ordered the part ordered on August 20th; it should be in on Monday.”
On Friday, August 29, 2025, I was called and told that the truck was ready. I stated that I would be there on Tuesday, September 2nd, as they were closed on Labor Day. On Tuesday, I called ahead to ensure the vehicle was ready, as I now live more than 2 hours away. I expressed to Landon that I had moved and would be taking the truck two hours away, and I wanted to make sure it was safe to be on the road. Landon stated, “Yeah, man, we drove it around, it runs fine now”.
I arrived at the dealership at noon on Tuesday, September 2nd, paid the invoice, and got the keys. I left the dealership lot with a grinding noise audible enough to turn the heads of potential shoppers. Furthermore, less than a mile down the road, the check engine light came on. I was faced with two options: turn around and request further work be done, or accept defeat and find service elsewhere. I chose the latter. After making it home safely, I reviewed the service invoice. The “Service In” date was written as 8/12/25 (This was incorrect)—also, the “miles in” and the “miles out” matched. The matching mileage either indicates the vehicle was never driven or that accurate documentation was not completed (both concerning). As I write this, the problem remains; only I am now...
Read moreVery disappointed is an understatement. My F150 started making two distinct popping noises after you cold crank. The noise is coming from the engine on the passenger side. Went by dealership to have someone look at it. Was told they were short staffed and it would be a couple weeks before they could have someone look at my issue. Ford service department set the date and time. Which was three weeks out. Took my truck in on the date and time I was given by them. Also asked for them to change oil and rotate tires while they had it. Couple days went by and I heard nothing, so I called them. After a heated exchange I was asked if I thought my vehicle should be moved in front of others that were already there... Again I did not set the date and time for my truck to be looked at, they did! I then told the guy at service desk I needed my truck back by the following day as it was my only means of transportation and I had to go to work. Well the next day came and went with no call from the dealership. Truck sat there over weekend and I needed it. Finally the following Wednesday I was called and told I could come get my truck. The guy at service desk told me they could not find the issue and that Ford said for me to continue to drive. I just do not understand why Ford would say such because the noise it is making is pretty bad. Service guy proceeded to tell me that they did put a Ford oil filter on it. Fine by me because I asked to have the oil changed anyway. Well the oil was not changed. Was told they only lost a little oil when changing filter, so they just topped it off after. WHAT???!!! By this time I am disgusted. I asked them were my tires rotated? No that was not done either. He asked if I could leave for a bit longer and he would get the oil changed and the tires rotated. Sure, you have had it this long I can wait another hour. Went back to get my truck and service tech was backing off lift. I asked if he got the tires rotated and he told me yes, TWICE. They were not rotated, I marked the rear drivers side tire when I left it there the first time and the mark was still on the drivers side rear. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this dealership. I still was not sure my oil was changed so I took to Gibson's and had them change oil and...
