Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Hartsville

Tired, it’s been a day. So, why not order pizza for the family I thought! Ordered a crazy bread, large pepperoni pizza and a large ham and jalapeño pizza for delivery. 9:13 pm we got the texted our food has been picked up. I was excited. We live a total of 4 mins away from this location. Maybe, I shouldn’t have been so lazy, and got it myself. Well, our driver Kelly sat there in Walmart parking lot for a good 20 minutes. As we were calling doordash support, we were told the food would be there in 5 mins…. NOPE! they then pulled into the hotel behind Walgreens for like another 20 mins… okay, but on the way whatever right, NOPE! The car finally pulls up. A beaten down car with one headlight, driver is wearing no shirt, and a person in back seat falling asleep, while Kelly our driver gets out of car. Well, whatever, at least we can eat now. When we opened the boxes… well first of all, no sauce on either pizza and was stuff crust, what I assume cheddar cheese on pizzas too!? Crazy puffs, which we did not order. And our jalapeño and ham pizza was also a pepperoni pizza, stuffed crust with no cheese. Maybe, just maybe this pizza fits someone’s taste… but not ours. I unfortunately, just ate cold pepperoni off the pizza, because it was...

Went in today and ordered a pizza by phone. Was answered by a rude ssa employee who I think was the manager dark skin child cause thats what she act like. She answered the phone took my order and I didn't even know if she got my 2 pizza correct because right after me saying my first pizza order I was told it gone be 30 mins for the pretzel pizza then I added on my second pizza. Was not given a total. I was ordering in the parking lot of the establishment so I went inside right after I ordered, the manager was very rude she rolled her eyes and neck as I told her i just placed an order and she was very rude taking it I told her I was coming in to confirm it because she was so unatentive on the phone. Shortly as I paid she didn't call my name or order she just said the total and didn't make any eye contact. Personally as a former manager, manager needs evalutions monthly at this establishment...the service...

It was a nightmare Saturday nite. I've always went there, thought it was the best. But Saturday nite they had 1 cashier, 1 taking out of oven boxing, 2 making pizzas and 1 out of sight. I guess he was making the dough for pans. He was much faster than the 2 making them. When I got there there was 2 other customers waiting. But within 10 minutes customers were backed out door Standing in line everywhere. There were no pizzas in warmers None ready for customers. The cashier was the only one concerned. She was so stressed she was about to go nuts. She was trying to speed others up to no avail.! They moved like a bunch of turtles. Sorriest crew I've ever seen there! If I was a manager of this location, I'd fire the whole crew. Except Cashier & guy getting dough ready. I'm not exaggerating either. I have 33 yrs. Experience in management & Supervision. These folks could not have cared less if...
