I can't remember the last time I had a good experience at this dollar tree. The store is always in a mess and the employees are always rude, as if you existing in their store is somehow an offense to them. It would be one thing if customers were always in the way of busy employees but looking at the shelves will tell you that isn't the case, the workers just hate doing their jobs.
If you need a buggy, make sure to grab one before coming inside because you can be assured the manager who sits in the office on her phone won't get out there and bring carts inside.
The store is a mess, not only trash and misplaced merchandise but floats clutter the aisles. The last time I came in I couldn't get to the sympathy cards because the whole aisle was full of floats. So not only are they hurting Dollar Tree's bottom line but also Hallmark since the cards are done through a vendor.
I've kept my pease with this store for a while, since we do have a better Dollar Tree across town, but today was my tipping point. How on earth is this store closing at 8 pm on any day. I understand shorter hours on Sundays but with Walmart next door open till 11, you'd assume this store would stay open until 10 like the dollar tree across town. We were planning on running in in hopes of getting graduation cards after church and had to go spend our money on more expensive cards at Walmart. It's a shame, this store was never the best, but it keeps getting worse and worse.
I'm going to encourage my friends to visit this store and rate their experiences, maybe whomever owns this business on Google will do something about the problems here, since the managers berate the customers who try to bring any issues to...
Read moreThis location has some of the most gossipy, ignorant minded, mean spirited, immateur, miserable and downright evil women I've come across as a customer. What's worst is these are older women who should know how to be kind while offering customer service. I don't cause anyone trouble or try to make anyone have a bad day on their jobs when I'm a customer in any establishment. Since over 20 years ago, I've customer service experience as a cashier in a few retail and fast food businesses; as well as in person sales and by call center. One thing I always did was be pleasant to all customers while on my job; not just the ones who I think "looks" like they deserve a moment of fake kindness in front of another customer to "hate" on. I knew that my job was a blessing and can be taken from me; especially if I'm not the owner but a W4 employee. However, every time I come here, I get dull tones or no tones at all and bitter looks like I served up unsweetened lemonade...just for coming in as a customer. If this Dollar TREE won't hire a store of friendly and mature "in attitude", not just in age cashiers, then they should invest in self checkout like Dollar TREE in...
Read moreLove this store! Of course the price is always right! Name brand products for a 'DOLLAR'- can't beat it!! I visit Dollar Tree at least twice a week for cleaning products, pet supplies, craft items, storage containers, kitchen utensils, reading glasses, first aid products and several of the food items!! I really don't have any major complaints with our local Dollar Tree store-would love to see Binaca mouthwash on the shelves more often, I like this product for dental hygiene because it doesn't have alcohol to set your mouth on fire, plus it contains calcium!! On the internet it sells for $10-$16 a bottle, so you can be convinced as to why I like to purchase it at our local Dollar Tree for $1! Hope to see it back on the...
