Cato Fashions — Local services in Hartsville

Saturday 11/4/2023 I went to the Hartsville store to pickup some shoes I had ordered online. Customer service is usually lackluster in this store and only the manager is warm and friendly from my experiences. Partly the reason why I order online to begin with. The saleslady with the deep country accent waited on me. She found my order. I signed the paperwork and she proceeded to hand me the box still sealed up. I kindly asked “could you please open the box so I can try them on” and she seemed highly annoyed to get her scissors and open. As if that wasnt rude enough, after she opened she put the box on the counter, trash and all and did not say thankyou. Do better sales associates its our money that keeps you...

Like the store, but the sales girls are keep standing beside like we are going to steal their stuff. That's distracting...
