Worst experience ever! I ordered two different outfits for my granddaughter and ordered them in enough time for them to get to me according to their shipping policy. It was getting closer to the time that I needed the outfits and I still had not received shipping information so I sent an email to ask about the order and did not receive an answer. Two days later I sent another email and called, once again, no answer. I called again the next day and nothing. I then sent another email email asking to cancel my order and refund my money. It was only then that i finally received a text from the lady. This was what was sent to me⦠you will get tracking today or tommorow, it is packed and ships out tommorow from SC. I copied and pasted the text so that it is word for word. I then told her not to even ship the order and just refund my money. She then tells meā¦..āI am sure it already shipped.ā Well that was a contradiction to what the first text said. I then get a notification the very next day that it had shipped, mind you I donāt even need the outfits at this point as the day had past for my granddaughter to even wear the first one. I finally receive the order the day after I wanted my granddaughter to wear the second outfit. I go to return the package the very next day and even paid for tracking so I would know the day she received it. That very day I sent another text asking when I will get my refund because I knew the package had been delivered. I donāt hear from the lady until the next day and she says that she had not received the items. So I send a screenshot that shows it was delivered. Only then does she issue a refund and it was only a partial refund. She says to me that she does not issue a refund for the cost of the shipping and then proceeds to tell me that she made a trip to the store to see if the package has arrived so she could issue my refund and that it was hanging halfway out of the mailbox. Well if she knew the package had arrived then why did she say this to me in the first placeā¦. I have not recieved the items back yet. Do you have a tracking for return?ā¦.again copied and pasted from the text. If I would t have even texted asking about the refund and then actually provided proof that it was delivered, I am sure that I would have never gotten a refund back again which did not include the shipping that I paid to have it sent to me and the shipping that I paid to have it shipped back. This lady is obviously a liar as she had contradicted herself several times throughout our text message conversation and she definitely does not know how to run an honest business. I will agree with the lady that left a review just a week ago, donāt waste your time and money on this place as the service is extremely poor. I even left a very polite comment on a facebook post and it was deleted. I didnāt hear from the owner until I made a claim with PayPal believing I had been scammed. After the claim, I received an email saying it shipped which was not truthful, it was not sent until well over a week later. I requested twice to cancel the order because it was no longer needed as it was after her birthday and I still donāt have a response. The āfreebieā I was given as an apology is terrible quality.
