CVS — Local services in Hastings

So a few days ago I went to get medication for my ADHD child and my own medication and they didn't have my sons medication ready that had been in days before I even went and I even got text to verify it was ready for pick-up. This has been an ongoing problem I continue to have with them everytime I have to get his medication. I then went home to realize they had given me the wrong medication as they refilled my medication that I had already had refilled and not the one that needed to be filled so I had to wait to go back as they were closed by the time I got home and noticed. I then went back the next day (yesterday) and went to pick-up the right one and the lady at the window was very rude and I had my son in the back of my car. She asked for my name and I have a very different name so I always spell it out well she had started to yell at me about asking what my first name was which I then told her what it was again and how to spell it and she was like "oh I had that for your last" she then finally walked off to get my medication and when she got back she asked if there was any cars behind me which I said no as there was not and she slammed the window in my face and locked it and continued to walk off without saying anything about having a good day or anything. Again my son was in the back and then started questioning why the lady was so mean/ rude and all I have to say is I don't care if it's your break time or not if you work in customer services like I have you do NOT treat your customers that way at all and you should be fired....

I went in to grab a prescription that I called in at 10 am!!! Went at 3 pm to pick it up and the lady was nice but said their there system was down took her 10 min to tell me they aren’t ready which means they haven’t started it at all. I used to work at Walgreens pharmacy and whenever someone called in a prescription at 10 am we would have it done within 30 min because it is now set as a rushed item. It takes less than 5 min to do 5 orders and she told me to come back in another 30 min I proceeded to tell her I called at 10 and it’s been 5 hours and they haven’t even started a order called in at 10 am completely shocked at the fact that she also said wait another 30 because I know it only takes a min or 2 to print fill and label pills. I pointed it out and she laughs at me about the entire situation doesn’t say sorry LAUGHS!!! do not recommend getting your prescriptions from them. Walgreens is better. Sorry it’s so long so upset with that women. Blond hair I think not tall, white coat on do to probably being a pharmacist not a helper. Even more disappointed. I have never experienced something so rude and embarrassing for someone stepping outside of their job...

Visited the minute clinic. The Nurse was incredibly grumpy and quite frankly, rude. I can't recall her name. She was blonde and spoke with a heavy accent and she didn't smile once. I was then told that I needed to provide my license or she wouldn't see me. Really? I provided my insurance card and my bank card, not to mention I have been there before. She said that she had no way, without my license to verify that I am who I say I am. Is this for real? Why on earth would anyone go to the clinic and pretend to be someone else? I get my prescriptions here every month. I don't need to provide my license then. I ended up going to my regular clinic and paying a $60 copay. I'm...
