Home Design — Local services in Hastings

I went to Home Design for both bathroom flooring and living room carpet. I have had more than average problems with both their product and service. Living room carpet had to be done three times because of poor quality carpeting. Bathroom flooring was ruined because of poor replacement of toilet and water getting under the flooring. At first I thought it was a shadow on the floor but realized it was floor itself getting worse over time. Trying to deal with Kathy at the store was very difficult. Phone calls being ignored and when I finally got to talk with her she said she would turn it in and get back to me.I still have not heard from her and it has been well over a month and a half. I had to go to another company, ordered flooring, waited three weeks for flooring and have had it installed while waiting on Kathy to get back to me.
