This place is a joke. I have never went to this Burger King before, but I've went to other locations and I haven't had troubles with them before. After my recent visit to the Hastings location, I will never return. I went to the drive thru and started ordering. One item after another, she picked apart my order, making excuses on why I cannot get the item. It was either the item wasn't included or I could get a drink in a larger size despite agreeing to pay a larger amount. After she refused to upgrade my drink, after refusing to add something to my order, I told her to cancel the order and I left. I called the manager at the location to explain my awful experience. The manager, Dave, asked if I was the one who went through the drive thru. I said I was and he proceeded to accuse me of flicking them off, which I didn't. Then, I tried to explain my side of what happened, but he kept talking over me and kept repeating that I flicked them off. I didn't and my family, who were in the car with me, saw that I didn't. I told him I wouldn't return and I would call the corporate office. He said I can do that and tell them that I flicked them off. I told him I didn't flick them off and hung up. This was the worst experience I've had at Burger King and I will never return. Dave, the manager, was a complete a-hole and I do hope that he would be fired so people would not have to deal with his rudeness again and other children like my own young 5 year old, who has always loved Burger King, would not have to witness that. Dave openingly used obscenities in front of my child, aiming them towards myself and my husband and constantly accused me of flicking them off, which like I said, I didn't. Read moreCountless times I’ve gone to this specific location to get lunch, dinner, etc. , and it’s been incorrect or the food has been poorly made. I’ve never been more disappointed with a food service. You can see through the window that the kitchen is poorly kept, the workers are never on task or acting as though they’re not at work, or they’re just rude to the customers. I can’t count how many times i’ve had a drive thru window shut on me mid conversation with an employee. On top of that, management has no respect for customer satisfaction or care. When calling about a mistake on an order, I was hung up on after receiving an awful attitude. I can tell why the employees don’t enjoy their job with the management i’ve witnessed. Read moreThis place should be ashamed of themselves. I work at 2 food places, and have never seen a hash brown of any sort rock hard until I visited here. I called to give my feedback...not free food, because I'm scared this isn't even the worst to come. The manager insisted the hash browns were not old when they were clearly at least an hour old, and would take a very long time to get that rock hard texture. I damn near broke a tooth, and I can't make this up. For this reason I felt compelled to write this review since he wouldn't even accept my feedback on the phone. You deserve zero stars but that was not available.
