Good people here. They do business the old fashioned way. They provide courteous service, they know their products. They're patient and helpful. I'm in my fifties and I'd almost forgotten business was ever done this way. My size had to be ordered and when I came to pick up, I was running late. They actually waited for me! I was shocked. When I arrived I was rushing because I didn't want to keep them any longer, but they were so kind. They insisted I try my shoes on and walk around in them to be certain they fit right and were comfortable. They have 100% earned all my future business. To be fair, no business is totally perfect. The store is very small with tight quarters. They have as much stock as they can manage and it takes a lot of room. At first it looks cluttered but, they know exactly where everything is.
