Disappointing but not surprising. A toy we got broke (cheaply made). You know the dodecahedron squeeze ball with the yellow that squeezes through the blue! So fun and so many stores have them. Some last for years, some don’t. Either way we just wanted another one for our year old son to play with. He’s a strong little boy for sure but it is unlikely he mustered enough force to break a rubber squeeze ball. It would be simple to just buy another one but I don’t waste even small amount of money where people are unprofessional and “small town.” No one cares about your kite store or your cheap overseas products. I especially don’t care for you or your lack of a qualified employee to run your store. She attempted to deny that I bought the toy from them and refused to look at the receipt. Today I bought a $70 dollar kite. That experience was fine. I brought it back thinking it was missing part of the frame. I realized that I had all parts. I then took it out to fly it. The kite did a nose dive which happens when flying a kite for the first time. One of the frame rods broke. I took it back and was told that if the wind gusts above 25 mph that you can't return it. The manager pulls out a flyer that wasn't given to me at the time of purchase. The cashier never mentioned this after two visits. The manager comes out and points to a piece of paper under the glass. Again it was never pointed out to me or explained at time of purchase. I left before I got super mad. $70 dollars down the drain. I bought a kite on a windy day. Great place! Went there more than once....bought nice pair of CARVE sunglasses. Dropped them 2 hours later, chipped the glass, irritating! Went back, spoke to Ssrah the manager. She looked up warranty on web, thought I was good. Got home, no luck, lots of hoops to jump. Emailed store, Sarah stepped up and handled my return, with a good attitude!
